      Portfolio websites: Creating custom galleries and introduction pages.<\/p>

      Digital business cards: Virtual business cards optimized for mobile.<\/p>

      Family digital albums: Building family archives combined with photo restoration.<\/p>

      1. The ordering process and the conclusion of the contract<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        The request for a quote is made via the form on the website.<\/p>

        The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order by email and the parties agree on the details.<\/p>

        1. Remuneration and payment terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          The prices of the services depend on the chosen package (Basic, Pro, Premium).<\/p>

          Payment method: Bank transfer.<\/p>

          Schedule: 30% deposit upon commencement of work, 70% upon handover.<\/p>

          1. Completion deadlines<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            The Service Provider undertakes to prepare the draft no later than 14 working days after receipt of the necessary materials (images, texts).<\/p>

            1. Copyright and ownership<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              The structure of the website and the software solutions used are the property of the Service Provider.<\/p>

              The ownership of the photos (e.g. family photos) provided by the Customer remains with the Customer.<\/p>

              The right of use of the completed website is transferred to the Customer after payment of the full purchase price.<\/p>

              1. Special conditions for photo restoration<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                The Service Provider performs the retouching with the utmost care and professional software, but the result may vary depending on the extent of the physical damage.<\/p>

                1. Complaints handling and right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  The Customer may withdraw from the contract until the performance has begun. In this case, the advance payment already paid is not refundable.<\/p>

                  In the case of unique, personalized digital content, the right of withdrawal is limited once performance has begun.<\/p>
