- The ordering process and the conclusion of the contract
The request for a quote is made via the form on the website.
The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order by email and the parties agree on the details.
- Remuneration and payment terms
The prices of the services depend on the chosen package (Basic, Pro, Premium).
Payment method: Bank transfer.
Schedule: 30% deposit upon commencement of work, 70% upon handover.
- Completion deadlines
The Service Provider undertakes to prepare the draft no later than 14 working days after receipt of the necessary materials (images, texts).
- Copyright and ownership
The structure of the website and the software solutions used are the property of the Service Provider.
The ownership of the photos (e.g. family photos) provided by the Customer remains with the Customer.
The right of use of the completed website is transferred to the Customer after payment of the full purchase price.
- Special conditions for photo restoration
The Service Provider performs the retouching with the utmost care and professional software, but the result may vary depending on the extent of the physical damage.
- Complaints handling and right of withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw from the contract until the performance has begun. In this case, the advance payment already paid is not refundable.
In the case of unique, personalized digital content, the right of withdrawal is limited once performance has begun.
